2 mile warm up with a 2 mile tempo and a 2 mile cooldown. Me and Ryan Mcgorty's first tempo in a while. Was worried about staying consistent and fast. Suprised myself with to 5:07 miles on the road. Not bad for the begining of the season. Tempo's are extremely nice when you have someone there pushing you the entire way.  Legs felt ok still getting adjusted to training everyday.

Nice work! You can't really go wrong with a hard tempo - only workout that applies from the mile to the marathon.
