Finally got a good workout in. I had to wait to do it until 8 p.m. because of hershey track and the high school had a meet. I did 4x1000m repeats at I pace. Those were rough with the 20mph wind and i got a few seconds slow on the last 2. Then i did 4x10 hill reapeats. with a 2 mile warm up and a 1 mile cool down.
