Hot day. On the warm up today I felt awful. One of those off days. WOrkout turned out pretty good I guess. 2 mile warm up and cool down, 12:00 tempo followed by 6x200. Tempo felt good but didn't know how fast I was going. The 200's were all pretty fast. 31,31,31,31,30,29
